Scott's been overdue for a project lately and we're both a little tired of our 5-year old DI entertainment center. So off we went to Gunnison, just a brief 2-hour, 90 degree ride to power tool heaven.




Aiden was overjoyed to play in the sawdust and cover his ears at the opportune times, occasionally humoring us with his rendition of a router.









I don't brag about Scott very often, at least not here, but I was so impressed with his ability to put this together in just 12 hours... and it looks fabulous!



Don't get me wrong, it looks completely ridiculous in our apartment, but we won't be here forever. And yes, Scott and I hauled it up the three flights of stairs to our place by ourselves... and yes, there was cursing... from me...
